Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding

We kind of have of thing for Chocolate and Bananas. Ahem, this granola blend being proof. So when we discovered we could have one our favourite flavor combinations in a whole new - and might we add, healthy - way, we had to share it with you.

Healthy fats, natural sugar + protein? This recipe for Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding is basically superfood. Bonus: you can’t even feel guilty eating this for breakfast because it has bananas, which will give you that extra boost of energy you need in the a.m. 

servings: 2

2 avocados, ripe
2 medium bananas, ripe
8 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops protein powder (I used Cellucor‘s Peanut Butter Marshmallow)

Combine + pulse the avocados + bananas in a food processor until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract + protein powder + pulse again until everything is combined.
Refrigerate the pudding until you’re ready to serve. The pudding will keep for 3-4 days
