Delivery is available for orders over $20 on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays between 12pm-8pm, with a $5 flat rate delivery fee (free for orders over $50).
TUESDAY & SATURDAY: St. Catharines, Lincoln, Grimsby, Niagara-on-the-Lake
THURSDAY: Niagara Falls, Pelham, Thorold, Welland, Port Colborne
If someone is not present to receive the order, we suggest leaving a cooler out at your front door during the warmer months. If no one is home to accept the order, all liability will be left with the purchaser.
Order cut off time:
12pm (noon) Monday afternoon to qualify for Tuesday delivery
12pm (noon) Wednesday afternoon to qualify for Thursday delivery
12pm (noon) Friday afternoon to qualify for Saturday delivery
If you require any special delivery instructions, please include them in the notes field or call the store.
1. We will deliver to the address provided at checkout, within the date and time requested (as long as ordering deadlines are followed). You are responsible for making arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. If you are unable to accept the delivery in person, we suggest leaving out a cooler of appropriate size with ice/ice packs. You are responsible for ensuring that any delivery point given for a work address is acceptable to your employer for personal deliveries.
2. Once the delivery has been made, the purchaser accepts all liability. We cannot be held responsible if items are not accepted in-person and left to be visible to the public or to spoil.
3. If we are unable to deliver your order to the address provided for any reason, we will contact you via the phone number or email address on file before rescheduling the delivery. An additional charge may be applicable.
4. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control (for example: supplier failure, adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, or traffic congestion) we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes and will reschedule the delivery.
